Waiver Arena · seeded fantasy tools

Run the full 10-team Waiver Arena game

The ten-team format is the full Waiver Arena room for a larger private league. The host can enter names directly or invite each player to claim one unique team before the draw is sealed.

10-team format

A private room sized for your group

The full-size format for established private leagues, pub events and larger social groups.

Each team plays every other team twice before the top-four finals stage. The host selects the room size before invitations are created. A draft can be reduced before seal only when it will not remove a ready team.

1. Create the room

The commissioner chooses exactly 10 teams, a start time and reveal pace. Team names cannot repeat, including case or spacing variants.

2. Complete the roster

Commissioner-entered teams are ready straight away. Blank slots receive one-time player invitations; each account can claim only one team in the game.

3. Seal the draw

At seal, the server creates an OS-random draw order, a private deterministic competition seed and a SHA-256 draw fingerprint. Future positions and scores stay hidden until scheduled reveal.

4. Share the event

Share the spectator-room link with the group. The room is a seeded fantasy simulation, and individual friend-group games remain non-indexed by search engines.

Questions

Waiver draw FAQs

Is Waiver Arena real football?

No. Waiver Arena is a clearly labelled seeded fantasy simulation. It does not present its scores, tables or results as real football data.

Does the Order Generator save my teams?

No. It runs in your browser. Team names and the generated order are not posted to The Magic Sponge.

Can a commissioner create a hosted event?

Yes. A commissioner can choose four to ten teams, enter names manually and/or send private invitations to players. Each team name must be unique and the room cannot be sealed until every slot is ready.

Does this offer paid contests or prizes?

No. These pages provide fantasy-league administration tools only. No paid entry, prize or gambling mechanic is enabled.
